"Staff communication was excellent. The unit is located above the stores in Duomo, but I received a WhatsApp message a couple of days before check-in with a video of where to find the entrance to the hotel. Any questions were answered immediately via WhatsApp."

"The hotel was nice, the staff were polite but the AC was broken and we let the front desk know and they said this is how it is supposed to work. We could not sleep all night, they came three times and every time they said this is their regulation to keep the room at a certain temperature and they said it is the same as the temperature in their lobby which was definitely not the case. "Everything was perfect for this hotel, it’s very close to metro argonne M2 and tram route 5. The facilities and room is definitely not what you expect because of the price you paid was very low. My only complaint is that they do not provide mineral water or drinking water, you have to buy on your own, but there’s also mart nearby. I would still recommend this hotel if you’re on a tight budget but still want the best option"
