"Shower didn’t work, the rooms are so tiny and look different than what you see. They use hand sanitizer for their soap in the bathroom shower. Walls extremely thin, can hear everything. "

The hotel location is also not very convenient for somebody who wants to explore the city. Especially in winter, you have to walk to downtown on icy and snowy paths."

"We had a lovely stay! We booked the triple superior to have a little extra space for our last couple days in Iceland. The bathroom was updated. We had access to walk outside from our room. The bed was a touch on the firm side but comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I wish we had in the room was a kettle and coffee maker tho they did have these available in the lobby all day, sometimes it’s just nice to have your morning cup of coffee as you’re...

"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."

We had a beautiful room and the hotel staff was great, especially Veronika at the front desk who was super nice and helpful.
