"The room was spotless and fresh! It looked like a newly built room because everything looked new. There was not any noise in the hallway. It was very peaceful. Even though we had a balcony there wasn’t any noise from the street. I highly recommend this hotel and will consider staying there again when I return to New Orleans!"

"Location, location, location! Quaint hotel on Toulouse, convenient to everything in the Quarter. Great vibe, old and antique filled, but very comfortable. Every room is different, but so far our stays have been very nice. Superb staff, ready to help immediately with any issue (including neighbors partying at 3 am). "I booked this Marriott because of consistently good past experiences, but this stay was a major disappointment. The room felt more like a Motel 6. The air conditioner did not work and made an extremely loud noise. Instead of fixing the issue, I was given a dusty fan, which was unacceptable since I have allergies. The room remained very hot, and after driving over six hours, we were unable to get any sleep. This was clearly a maintenance issue and not the fault of the front desk staff, who were...
