"We’ve stayed at Beachers several times. We live just 1.5 hours away. This unit was super nice. 2nd floor away from the elevators and the pool noise. Bed was super comfortable. TV in LR was a little small and it is a “Roku” system that I wasn’t familiar with but was able to figure it out. Coffee maker is the perk/filter type. Overall, it was a great stay at an older property. We would come back and would recommend to friends."

"Our experience here was somewhat spoiled by the holiday weekend. The property was packed and we did not go near the pool. We put the ac on fan all night to help offset conversations right outside our window. Took 30 minutes Sunday to get to historic St Augustine and more crowds. Oh well! But what a beautiful beach for swimming and people watching! We even enjoyed our storm view from couch! The place was very neat and clean and high-functioning, with a comfy bed. Good value!"

"Reserved this property for a friend’s getaway. Great location. Close to St. Augustine, the beach and shopping. Also, really enjoyed the little pool and being on the channel and using the kayaks. "

"Everything about our stay was easy peasy, from booking to checkout. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the view can't be beat. The host thought of every possible need when furnishing this condo for guest. Speaking of the host, she responded to every question within minutes and provided us with a plethora of information that made our stay so easy and she was just a sweetheart. We will be booking again!"

"Could not have had a more perfect vacation. House and pool were just wonderful. 3 min drive to beach was so convenient. Will stay again and again!"

"Did not spend a lot of time around the area, due to family activities. Unit was very clean and instructions from owner were detailed and easy to follow. If it’s just one or two adults and you need a place to shower and sleep and hit the beach, I would recommend."
