"We loved the room, the beds were so soft and comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and didn’t feel crowded when taking a shower or using it. The breakfast was very good and not expensive. The price was average on what you would pay elsewhere and the staff was so sweet and helped my granddaughter pick out a meal she would like and even made her scrambled eggs. "This morning I checked out the older woman at the desk was very standoffish borderline snobby I stayed there before for 2 nights then needed an extra night neither the case I will not be staying there again next time I will book with someone else"

"The front desk is racist. He directly told us I don’t like your face, get out of here. He said that to me in front of my little kid. He asked us to get out of the hotel at 3am, and we even have a fully paid room for 2 nights. It’s a traumatic experience for my son. After I beg since it’s 3am and I have my little one with me, he gave us a room but the AC is not working at all. During our whole stay. I did ask them to change our room, but they refused. Worst ever."

"Room was satisfactory, but the pillows were the absolute worst pillows I have ever slept on. The faucet in the bathroom was sitting so far back. I could barely get my hands under it. We felt that $15 for the continental breakfast and $17 for the hot breakfast which only included 3 Items was Way out of range and the gentleman that explained it to us had such an accent and spoke so fast we could not understand him."

"I forgot my jean in the closet. I called the necxt day, they told me they will check it out with the housekeeper. 2 days went by I called again, they said they will check out again. Couple of days after they text me they couldn’t find. I’m sure I left it there, either the housekeeper dishonest or they just trash customers belongings. I’m pretty disappointed."
