"The hotel is in a good location. Downstairs is the big shopping mall where there are many shops and restaurants. The room is spacious, but one night the water from the faucet in the bathroom became yellow and it made us worried about the water safety. Breakfast is below average."

"I would have loved to leave a 5 star review for this property however my whole check in experience was a nightmare. I was given a room that was on the same level as the lobby and the only window in the room was sitting behind a sitting area of the lobby so I did not want that room due to privacy issues. "The property was undeniably maintained with pride & precision, however the service stood out to be the Raffles point of difference, to be treated as a long term repeat guest, on our first stay . The in-house Food , Restaurants &Bars were excellent I rate them as a 5 star which does not come easily or often from me. "How many stars 4 or 5? Lets just say I have stayed at many hotels that claim 5 stars yet do not provide the level of service and quality of service at Kampinski. Then the location is A. Close to everything I want to visit in Singapore. Four times now at Kampinski and next trip to Singapore I know where I am going."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Park Royal, the room was spacious despite sharing with our 13 years old and infant. The whole place was very clean and pool/gym area very good.
