"Manager was fabulous and helped us get u to a room inbetween tourney games. Was present and helpful throughout. Worked out great being pretty close to the fields. Pool and breakfast was a huge bonus."

"The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay."

My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. "The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of...

"Our room had old, well used carpet. It felt a bit damp. The building is older, so there are cracks and paint chips. However, I felt the room and bedding was clean. The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the pool on a hot day."
