"Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...

"Very easy check in. The room was clean and had everything we needed with extras! Delicious breakfast and they kept it fresh. My daughter used the hot tub after a long couple days of dance competitions and found it nice & hot..best massage she said!"

"It was a very quiet hotel. Some long term maintenance needs to be completed such as fixing the water bubble above the shower in room 340. A deep clean of the rooms would also give a refreshing touch. But other than that it was a great stay!"

"Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!"

"The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent."
