"Lovely stay"

"If you don’t like dogs, especially off leash dogs in the elevator, this is not the property for you. The staff was very supportive in finding a room with an earlier check in and a king bed. My Expedia reservation was misleading when trying to book a king, and ending up with 2 queens. With a three night stay why have to ask for a towel change. Love the location"

"Our bed in the Patrick House was very comfortable and the sheets were incredibly soft. "BEWARE OF THE NON DISCLOSURE OF $80 CLEANING OR TOWEL FEES - ADDED AT CHECK OUT. We booked our stay through Expedia, where the apparent "$80 towel fee" was buried deep in the terms and conditions. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the extra charge. After three days of going back and forth with Expedia & Historic Berkeley, I was finally able to get the cleaning fee refunded from Expedia, even though the monies were collected at the hotel.
