"We loved the layout of the one bedroom unit. Having a separate bedroom and living room was very nice. The bedroom is big with a large closet and the king bed was extremely comfortable. One note is that there is not much lighting in the bedroom unless the window shades are open. It was very convenient having the breakfast included. Another plus was having four EV charging stations available."

"The staff was super helpful. We were only there for 1 night but the room was great, and the bed was super comfortable. We walked to dinner but it was a long walk along the river. They also had free cold sodas and snacks which I've never had before, and also a free alcoholic beverage or water."

"For the exorbitant price of this room you would expect the carpets not to be stained. The “hot” water was only lukewarm, hardly any pressure, Stained carpets in the hallways and room. Vomit in several places in the parking lot. For the cost and the Hilton name, was extremely dissatisfied and would never stay here again."

"Room was not clean! Thankfully my husband and I ALWAYS travel with cleaning items. The air conditioning unit was sooooo loud! There was not a button nor switch to turn it to low and it actually go low. It was dark, dank and funky upon arrival. The shower cracks and crevices were dirty, possibly moldy, but definitely horrendous looking, the room had an adjoining "scary" door that the deadbolt and knob did not seem to work on it BUT the door was jammed into the framing sooooo tightly that it...

"This place is clean and comfortable but the neighborhood is sketchy. Major police raid happened next door during our stay which was alarming and prevented us from leaving on time, as we were told by police to stay in our room while they secured the area. I know that was an unusual occurrence and I would probably stay here again because the bed was so darn comfortable. Eugene police were extremely friendly and polite!"
