"Gorgeous. Great location from the airport. Desk staff couldnt be more succint or accommodating."

"The hotel offers excellent storage space and a functional kitchenette. The pool area was a great spot to relax while waiting for the room, and the staff, especially Jailene, were incredibly welcoming. The hotel is also a short Uber ride to Universal, making it convenient for theme park visits. The only downside was the proximity of the rooms, which sometimes allowed for noise from neighboring rooms."

"Our stay at The Retreat was amazing! Andrew and we very communicative and attentive. The conditions of the place were great. Super clean, many amenities and the view to the lake and all was beautiful too. First time staying at a tiny house and loved it. Definitely coming back hopefully soon :)"

"i rarely do reviews but we loved this property so much i feel is under rated. we love the cleanliness and how spacious it was. it was very comfy. they provide with plenty of towels and many basic necessities. the only negative comment is the resort fees. $45 for 2 night just because? and the deposit at least i understand i will get it back. but i already paid my 2 nights. why further spending? but i will definitely reconsider when traveling to Orlando. Good choice "

"I Stayed here for a week, me and my 7 year old. We had the"luxury condo with a lake view". From my understanding not all units are owned and managed by Enclave hotel & suites, some are individually owned which is what I had. So it seems experience may vary because of that. I am writing this as a single mom, on a budget, and just needed a decent place to lay my head, a kitchen, and to fly home with all clean clothes. I was not looking for a true luxury experience. "Very nice and chill spot. Pool and hot tub was amazing. The owners are very nice and welcoming and easy to get in touch with if needing anything.Also having a washer & dryer available is wonderful."

"I had to change rooms because the room I was given at first the AC was not working. I mentioned the AC not working because how fast they took care of the issue. Once I was moved I loved staying there. It was quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again."

"We not notified that the main pool was closed for renovations. Had to walk to the alternate pool. Not too far but still, had I known, I would have booked by the other pool. "

"En el segundo dia de estadia tubimos problemas para entrar al departamento por que la cerradura electronica dejo de funcionar y llamaron a alguien de mantenimiento para reemplazarla completamente lo que nos hizo esperar casi 2 horas sin poder acceder a la propriedad. Salvo eso, todo lo demas estubo bien!"
