"No breakfast. The room I booked was for 2 queens and I was given 1 king. The staff said they were "completely booked and said it was Expedia's fault. I was with my adult son. We made it work, but it was not what I booked. The carpet was filthy in the rooms and hallway. "

"This Embassy Suites was so very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast is always a highlight. There were 3 other events that we knew of going on there but we always felt safe and free to walk around."

"For the price point it could have been a little better. The beds creaked the sheets didn’t stay on the bed the pillows were lumpy and lost shape. I liked having a laundry unit and the kitchen was nice. The water pressure for the shower was like a trickle which I did not appreciate having thick curly hair. I recommend bringing your own towels as they will not provide more unless you pay."

"Staff was friendly, We were only there for the night, had a late check in and an early check out as we were traveling. Keep in mind there are no stairs to the 2nd floor. Which being a person that doesn’t do stairs well and having to carry up items ( including an ice chest) was not easy. "

"The hotel was nothing like the advertisement. The elevator did not work and the attendant wasn’t very empathetic. He falsely stated that there weren’t available rooms with double beds on the first floor and after checking in I witnessed him showing a room to a guest on the first floor with double beds coming after us. Staff continued to say they didn’t understand English. Rooms were not attended to had to go to desk for cleaning towels. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was fine."

"It was absolutely the worst stay. I chose to stay here for a week for a softball tournament based on Expedia reviews and never again. When we first arrived the room smelled awful to where I had to go t Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners to get rid of the smell. Then our shower didn’t work properly to where we had to figure out how to turn water on and figure out temperature because it was so old. By the third day they shut off our water to get it repaired. "There were a lot of issues. The light in the shower flashed off and on continuously; it was fixed on the second day of our stay. There were no towels in the bathroom except for a bath mat. I asked the front desk clerk for towels; he gave me 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth, and another bath mat. He had no bath towels for us, so I had to use the bath mat to dry off after my shower. We never did get any bath towels! The water pressure in the shower was so wimpy that it took forever to get wet and then...
