"Our room was very clean and was ready for an early check-in, which was great and very much appreciated with two young children.
The facilities are wonderful with free tea and coffee available at any time in the common areas.

"内装がすごく素敵だった！最上階で窓も多いのに騒音も感じなく快適だった！最上階までエレベーターがなく、1フロアスーツケースを持って上り下りしなければいけなかったのが大変でした。あと、入り口がパスコードで入るセキュリティーだったけど、治安が少し不安な通りだったのもあり、出入りの際に誰かが後ろからついてきてないか、入った後に扉が閉まるのが遅いので誰も入ってこないか、心配しながらになりました。部屋が少し寒かったです。でも全体的にとても快適で、インテリアがほんとに素敵だったので外に出たくなくなる素敵 なお部屋でした！ありがとうございました！！"

"The staff and room were wonderful. The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, including the housekeeping manager, who gave my daughter colored pencils and a coloring book. If we needed something, the front desk were happy to help. The room advertised having a capsule maker (Nespresso), but our room did not.
