"It is clear that the staff and property management in general did not care for how we felt about our room, as it was unacceptable due to why we explained we had to check out as it created anxiety for my child due to uncleanliness, bug presence, lamp kept flickering, etc. One of the worst experiences in staying in a hotel for over 30 years on a regular basis. Days Inn now off my list of hotels to choose from, especially this one."

"The hotel was nice, but don’t expect the Valet Parking and Bellmen Crew to be attentive. We stood at the valet parking for 30 minutes and two staff with Blue Shirts that said Valet on the sleeve completely ignored us.
