"Siamo stati benissimo! Non saremmo piu venuti via! una settimana a fine giugno in gruppo di amici (famiglie con bambini da 7 a 16 anni), in 21 in totale. "Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Haus. Es ists rustikal und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und wir wurden toll empfangen. Sie haben uns die beiden Wohnungen gezeigt und wie alles funktioniert- Hoftor, Spülmaschine, Licht für das Gelände usw. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und unkompliziert. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Fully recommend the apartment. The pool and view are fantastic. We had a lovely stay there. Deborah and Stephan welcomed us at the apartment personally. They were overall friendly and helped us with a lot of good tips for restaurant and nice places to visit. Thanks a lot to both of them and hopefully we will come back."

"Unsere 4 tägige Jugendreise war in dem Haus richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und alles hat soweit gepasst. Meines Erachtens könnte die Küche für 30 Personen, obwohl wir nur mit 20 Leute da waren, besser ausgestattet sein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. "

"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...
