"The property was completely rundown, we were the only guests. One of the rooms had a lizard inside , the fans were broken and noisy . The only thing was the staff ( Walter ) was very helpful and tried his best ."

"I would have given them five stars but when I booked this hotel, I booked it because of its location and they said they had 24 seven shuttle bus when I landed at the airport in San Jose after a long flight I called and asked for the shuttle and was informed there was no shuttle they didn’t have one. ..."
