"We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. Although daily housekeeping was not available(which was stated prior to booking), everything we needed was...

"This property and staff are incredible! This was a family vacation with our adult children and six grandchildren, fifteen of us in total. Stephen is a wonderful host. He was so quick to communicate, answer questions, and put our mind at ease. The staff were so amazing…kind and accommodating. The only draw back was the trek to get to and from activities. So know that going in. However, if you want privacy, wildlife, and unforgettable views, the villa has you covered. "

"Excellent property in a beautiful spot. The building is great, pool nice. Plenty of food across the street if you dont wanna hike up outta the complex. Parking is easy if needed.Rodolfo gave clear instructions on all aspects of getting in and out. Was receptive and available. His place was clean and ready with all the basics and more. "I moved here from a bamboo house in Poás, so the city noise was an adjustment—but overall, this apartment felt like a safe place to land. It’s small but thoughtfully decorated, with plants that add a nice energy to the space. I also liked having a nail salon and pet store right here. great location for someone who wants to be close to everything while still having a peaceful home base."
