    Una cocina grande, luminosa y totalmente equipada está lista para el chef o para una comida sencilla.     Desde esta encantadora casa de playa, disfrute de todas las actividades al aire libre. Hay pases de estacionamiento semanales disponibles en Nauset Beach y Skaket Beach, que es conocida por sus largos bancos de arena y numerosas piscinas de marea, muy divertidas para niños de todas las edades.

Lovely quiet property in a great location. The kitchen has just about everything you need including spices. Great for 2 couples or a small family. Loved our stay. Thanks David.

The Friendship House was amazing! We had such a wonderful time. David had great recommendations of where to go and what to eat for the whole family! Everything was perfectly clean and it felt like visiting family. Absolutely loved our stay!

My family had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, well stocked and centrally located to all the sites we wanted to visit on the Cape. The access to the beach was also a highlight and we will plan to come back in the future. I would recommend this property to others.

Very very nice place to stay. Quiet and homey. Would've been 5 stars but the shower needs a hand held shower head, otherwise excellent stay and will rebook.

The House is absolutely amazing! Very clean and cozy, from the first step it seems like you came to visit a very close and loving relative. 10 minutes walking to a wonderful, clean, sandy beach with lifeguards, and we enjoyed swimming with seals for all the time we were there :)Thank you, David, for letting us stay at your stunning place!

Relaxing home, great kitchen (maybe the best-equipped we've experienced in a rental unit), loved the barbecue on the deck. Home itself is spacious with two sitting areas. Short 10 minute walk to Nauset Beach, which is delightful. David is quick to respond to any questions. Wonderful experience.

The BEST Orleans has to offer

The friendship house is much more than a vacation rental... it is a home away from home with a charm and warm feeling that only comes from great care and hospitality. Our favorite getaway for sure!!!

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic week at the property. Everything was as-listed and everything we needed for our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and great location in Orleans to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and easy to work with beforehand and during our stay. Highly recommended!

A Comfortable Stay

This is our second time renting this property and it continues to please. It's comfortable, in a wonderful setting, and walkable to Nauset Beach, where parking has increased to $30. We use the well stocked kitchen for meals, and the living room for evening TV. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Repeat visitor repeatedly satisfied

This is the fourth (fifth?) time we have stayed at this property. It is a convenient walk down to Nauset Beach, and in the other direction a short drive to the markets, shops and restaurants in Orleans and East Orleans. The kitchen is very well stocked for anyone who wants to cook in, which we did several times during our two week stay. The living area is comfortable for TV or reading, and we slept well on the beds. We plan to be back next summer. That should suggest something pretty positive.

Total Relaxation

It’s been a couple of years since we were at The Cape. This is our favorite location, Nauset Beach, Orleans, Chatham and Brewster. The house was in a great location, central to all we wanted to do and a 10 min walk to the beach. The house was well equipped for day to day needs. Everything was clean and organized. The area is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

Our usual comfortable stay

We have stayed at this property multiple times and likely will again. It is a great location, parking around the back. It is clean and ready when we arrive. There is a large kitchen with a center island, oodles of kitchen supplies and equipment. We walk down and back from Nauset Beach, and it's only about a three minute drive into Orleans and stores, restaurants, and the Cape Cod rail trail. Enjoy.

Nauset beach vacation

My brother and I have been going to the Cape every summer since around 1955. Two years ago we sold our parents vacation home in Orleans. This place reminded us of our parents place- very homey, lots of memorabilia and totally equipped with everything anyone would need for a pleasant stay. We walked to the beach. The owner was helpful and genial. Would gladly go again.
