Bright villa just 20 meters from the ocean

The house consists of 2 floors.
On the first floor we have a large kitchen, dining room and play area all connected with large windows that overlook the outdoor area.
On the same floor there is also a large toilet and laundry area.
On the upper floor, the house has five spacious rooms with double beds in all of them and three of them with an added single bed.
One of the rooms has its own bathroom, and there is another bathroom on the upper floor.
The upper floor has terraces that face the outside to see the sea 20 meters from the house. It is amazing to be able to wake up with the sea at your feet.
Three of the bedrooms face the sea.
In the outdoor area, the house has a pool, barbecue area and porch to eat and enjoy with your family and friends. Cars can be stored in a part of the outside area.
