"We booked the room online about 10 minutes before we arrived. We had absolutely no trouble checking in as soon as got there. Super smooth and fast, were given our complementary water, key cards, breakfast and wifi info and headed to our room in less than 10 minutes, possibly even 5. Clean room, nice shower, good breakfast. Didn't use any of the other amenities so can't speak to them. Overall, a good stay, especially on short notice. "

"The property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. "The staff were amazing at this property. I do not usually take the time to write a review as I travel often and am rather busy but when service is above and beyond I do make sure to give praise. Priya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and Theo the head of maintenence was amazing as well as the housekeeping team. I come to Ohio annually and will make sure to return!! "

"The staff was so kind! The girl at the front desk was very polite, along with the housekeeping in the hallways. The chef at breakfast was helpful, attentive, and kept the area very clean. The pool was clean and warm and the kids loved it. Very good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay again. "
