Gorgeous Pool/Jac Home: 2 Ensuites & Game Room

Welcome to our beautiful pool home, which is perfect for two families. Our house is designer-decorated with upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two California king master bedrooms with en-suites. The remaining rooms include a queen bed and a children's room with full-over-full bunk beds, which share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with 46+ inch TVs. The spacious living room has a queen pull-out sofa. The open-concept kitchen and dining room has plenty of seating for everyone.

We provide a pack-n-play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room features a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60-inch TV and a DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also included. Outside, you can relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi. Additionally, there's a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and extra chairs for your enjoyment.

All the bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

Introducing an exclusive pre-arrival grocery stocking/delivery service to eliminate any need for chores during your stay. Enjoy the convenience and luxury of having fresh, high-quality products delivered directly to your rental before you arrive - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Items are even appropriately put away in the home refrigerator & cabinets, and photos are sent to you at delivery. They even offer e-bikes and other services.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house,e there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO cameras inside.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
