    This stunning three bedroom heritage home effortlessly blends the character and charm of it's 1890's origins with the comforts of a modern renovation.
    Perfectly placed, here you are just moments away from the CBD and have most of what Orange has to offer at your fingertips.

    Spacious, cosy & comfortable, with the perfect backyard for entertaining, we are sure you'll love staying in this wonderful home with family and friends.

    Our home has a fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for all year round comfort. There is also a wood burner in the main living area to enjoy a glass of wine by in the cooler months.

    Free street parking only (always plenty of spaces out front)

    Linen:
    High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

    Amenities:
    The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

    Wi-Fi:
    High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay

    Guest Access:
    Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

    The Neighborhood:
    We are conveniently located 2 blocks from the main street on a stunning heriatge and tree lined street.

    The best way to discover all this town has to offer is to walk. Stroll to 'Groundstone Cafe' for one of the best breakfasts, or grab a coffee to go at the very popular Cafe window 'Crema on Lords'.
    Walk to the monthly Farmers Market at 'Northcourt' behind the Orange Library, or take the family for play at Robertson park. You can even stroll up to Cook Park, about a 15-20 minute walk from our home - here you can feed the ducks, admire the gorgeous gardens, visit the guildry and simply, relax.

    After a great day out walk to dinner at Mr Lims Korean, Birdie, The Schoolhouse @ The Union Bank, Sweet Sour Salt or head for a drink at the Parkview or the Canobolas Hotel - nothing is too far from this prime location!!

    Some of our best wineries and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Everything was perfect! The house is a gorgeous renovated heritage home with modern amenities, lots of toiletries and kitchen gadgets, including a coffee machine with pods, and a great outdoor space. We absolutely loved it!

We had a wonderful overnight stay to celebrate my birthday! The location is super close to town, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, beautifully set up with so much space and very close to everything. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and friendly. Highly recommend—would love to stay again!

The property is a house split into two separate short term rentals, with separate entrances. Whilst the property was comfortable enough, renovated and with ducted heating that worked very well, there were a few issues for us regarding noise. Locked interconnecting door seems to have little, or no, insulation therefore conversations from other rental could be heard in hallway and bedrooms. Door slamming from the adjoining rental reverberated loudly, making our stay unpleasant. The front door has no weather stripping, so the street noise, whilst not great, could be heard in the bedrooms.

A beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed Barton House and Orange. Just wanted to stay longer. House is beautiful. Bedding was very comfortable. House is in a great location close to cafes and antique stores. Our favourite was His Pick Collective and Dirty Janes. Overall it had everything we wanted for 3 ladies to celebrate our delayed Christmas in July.
