  • This beautiful condo is located in Phoenix 7. You get size of a house with the amenities of a condo. If you are looking for that special and unique place to spend time with your family and friends at the beach...you have found it! Beach Heaven is the combination of a two and three bedroom condo that gives you a multitude of space to laugh, love and create memories in. And YES...they open up to each other in the inside...so it is like one unit. You will find five spacious bedrooms, two will be directly oceanfront. There are two dining areas and two kitchens, one with a large island/gathering area. You will find several TV's, but most importantly you will hear the incredible sound of the ocean. It is paradise.

    You will find this light and beachy condo a joy from the moment you enter. You will love the size which gives you the opportunity to be all together, or have separate spaces when you need it. Over 2400 sf. of living space gives you a change to be together, but not on top of each other. There are two separate balconies, four bathrooms and all the kitchen items you might need to make those wonderful means together. And the views --- they will take your breath away. The fourth floor is perfect!

    Whether you are coming for a vacation or are snowbirds looking to not shovel snow, this condo offers you so much. Snowbirds coming with friend can rent out the condo and share---providing you private space and yet a chance to be together.

    In addition to this wonderful condo, you need to know about all that Phoenix 7 offers. It is an exceptional complex with a large outdoor and indoor pool, kiddie pool, sauna, barbecue area, tennis, backgammon, fitness room, and is in an ideal location close to so many other amenities.

Great stay for a large family

We had a large group: 6 adults and 6 six kids. The place was perfect for our needs, and we didn’t have any issues that came up. The beach was never too crowded. Would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as listed. The adjoining condos were perfect for 8 adults and 3 children. Had one small issue with the TV which was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this location.

The shower curtain in the master bedroom was filthy at the bottom and there were some areas at baseboards that needed cleaning. The WiFi left a lot to be desired. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nicer than photos portray

Very nice, lots of space. Mainly used the bigger/nicer kitchen. Well stocked. Walking distance to some restaurants. Indoor pool access was clutch for the kids.

Perfect in every way!

We loved this property! I've been looking for adjoining condos for a while and we were finally blesssed! We will most definatley be repeat customers. I love the fact that it's on the 4th floor - Im afraid of heights, but the 4th floor is very comfortable for me. The space is fabulous, plenty of room to share space, but also have quiet time in my own space. Bravo!

So much more than advertised! Lots of space and absolutely beautiful!

We had a large group but everyone loved it! The view over the ocean was more than we could ever have dreamed!! Very up to date and right on the boardwalk to the beach and both pools!! So many conveniences with the washer and dryer, big roomy kitchens and bedrooms. Never expected so much . Hope we can return every year!

Great spot for extended families

We had two sets of grandparents, three teenage girls and one late teen boy and had plenty of room. Main Kitchen in 405 was well equipped and the location on the beach was great. Great communication from the property owner. The Phoenix facilities do a nice job with maintaining the properties. Also had 4 elevators which is a huge plus...and more than other locations.

Perfect for multi generations

This property was perfect for multi generations as we had plenty of space for everyone. Parking was included for only 1 car and then it was over $50 per car for each additional car for the week. It wasn't clear when we made the reservation that one bedroom did not have an attached bathroom. The two full kitchens is a very nice feature. Also it was wonderful to have beach chairs available for us to use! Another great feature was the two washers and two dryers so we could do laundry before leaving.

Family get away

The double condo was perfect for our 9 adults and one teenager. It was quiet at night and an easy walk to the beach during the day. The kids went deep sea fishing and scored a bunch of red/black snapper and one hooked a shark. It was a great week. The owner was so nice to work with when there was a small leak in one of the bathrooms. The condo's two kitchens were well equipped to cook anything for dinner. Thanks for a memorable experience.
