"This place is amazing, the views, the quietness it was perfect. We were in town for a funeral and other hotels were all booked. I was glad this one had a cottage for us. With all the things we had to go through during the day, coming back here in the evenings were so peaceful and greatly appreciated by everyone in my family. Jenn was fantastic all through our stay. Highly recommend staying here, it will be the first place I check in the future."

"Couldn't ask for more. We've stayed at about a dozen different cottages in northern Ontario and Lakeside Cottages in Bruce Mines is the best. The beds are comfy, the price is reasonable, the cottage comes fully stocked (no upcharge for bedsheets like some places!!!), the kitchen is full and also stocked (salt and pepper and oil and coffee!!!), the cottages are clean and pretty, the view is amazing, the firewood is onsite and included (not $20 for a tiny bundle like some places...), reasonable...

"Very rustic. Not an insulated cabin so, shoulder season temps can drop the temp in the cabin rather quickly. There is an older style wood stove which is fine when burning wood but does not retain heat like the more modern efficient wood stoves that would help for the cooler shoulder season. Great place for the summer months and warmer temps."

"The cottage was perfect - retro chic and comfortable had everything we needed and more. Parking was limited but the host trouble shipped and solved our issue quickly. The beach and sunsets were spectacular and convenient to everything. We loved it and plan to return for a longer stay."
