"The location was super convenient and close to the tram stop. The front desk was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The option to have a mini kitchen was great for our stay. I will also highlight the air conditioning was great to have during the summer months where most places may not have that available. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it to friends!"

"Lovely boutique hotel in the Malmaison style. Lots of visual extras in the hallways and reception area. Our room was one of the few with a window at the front overlooking St Andrews Square. Breakfast was amazing."

Property exits onto princes street right into a set of bus stands, so be ready to navigate lines of people. "The location was fantastic, in New Town, but very close to the Royal Mile. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The view to the Firth of Fourth was stunning. Highly recommended!"
