"Great place to stay to visit the area. We only stayed one night so we could visit the Samaria Gorge but wish we'd have been staying longer! The rooms have everything you need and the staff were very welcoming. The food was very tasty and we even went back for an evening meal after the Gorge!! The free transfers to the gorge are also really good. Definitely deserves more than 2 stars!!"

"Lovely clean, modern hotel in the center of Chania with excellent service and friendly staff. Five minute walk to the old town and 20 minute walk to a great beach. The staff was so nice and accommodating. "

"The staff at this hotel are all absolutely lovely! Very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - very close to good restaurants and a short walk to the old town. The included breakfast was great too. The pool is not very impressive. But you are close to the beach, so it was not a problem. "

"The property was beautifuly maintained.A gorgeous traditional building. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast plentiful but the bread was tasteless . The hotel is somewhat outside of the old town so it's not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. A bus does run outside but it's a bit unreliable."

"This hotel was the favorite of my family among all the other places we stayed during our trip to Greece. The hotel is very old and maintains a special charm through its decor. We slept well in the beds- very comfortable and not hard like other places. The breakfast is by far one of the best we've had as well- scrambled and poached eggs, bacon, cereals, juices and multiple choices of delicious pastries. We also really enjoyed the morning lattes. Will definitely stay here again if we are lucky...

"Areti Suites is conveniently located near the Chania airport on Crete, and it was a delight. The room was clean and very comfortable, located on the ground floor right by the pool, which I used as soon as I awoke the next morning. And breakfast was ample and nutritious, with the option of sitting outside. Lovely experience all around. "

"Tolle Lage,direkt am Strand,super Frühstück und sehr nettes,hilfsbereites Personal. Agia Marina ist aber kein beschauchlicher,ursprünglicher Ort,sondern eine lange touristische Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Tourigeschäften. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings ist es sehr schwer eine Liege am Pool zu ergattern,die 26 vorhandenen Liegen werden am frühen Morgen größtenteils für den Tag besetzt. Leider achtet das Hotelpersonal da gar nicht drauf. Und die Liegen am hoteleigenen...
