"Great open, spacious area for playing games or gathering for a meal. This place was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable too, which is always appreciated! I would say that there aren't many "extras" so just make sure you bring what you need. We had our stuff, so we were good, but I know sometimes toiletries are available. Overall, nothing that would cause me to change my mind about the place. Very clean. Host was easy to communicate with. Huge yard. Two thumbs...

"This property is awesome. Super clean, very comfy king bed I can say from firsthand experience and my fellow guests said as much about other beds too. Plenty of space for three families in town for a softball tournament. Right off the square, walking distance to a some good restaurants and shops. Best part of the property for us was that it’s situated over commercial office space, so one a weekend there was zero chance that all the softballers would disturb any neighbors, and split between three...

"The RV we stayed in was so cute. It literally had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. The bed though....so comfy, the RV stayed cool, our host was great and flexible. Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for having us. "

"This was a very cute, comfortable, clean, small house - perfect for our stay in Graham, close to downtown, family etc.. Very well supplied with everything we needed - plus! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved our stay! It was hot but still fun. Maril and Rick were so responsive. Gave us and grandkids a tour of their place, fresh eggs and zucchini. The place was so clean. Ac worked great in the heat. Did not get to see any stars, clouds moved in. We will have to try and stay another time and when it’s cooler. "

"We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....
