"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming.
We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable.
A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping.
We would definitely come...

"The room was quite big! It was very clean with nice amenities and high quality products (soaps, coffee machine, etc.). The street is bustling and has many nice restaurants, and there is also a tram station nearby. The beach is also nearby. The front desk associates were very helpful and willing to book tour packages and recommend things to do. Elevator was malfunctioning for some time and we had to haul luggage up the stairs, but it was okay."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The staff here is truly incredible. They will do anything and everything to make sure you have all you need and are comfortable. Having a studio was a wonderful convenience and they ensured we always had extra tea and coffee. The location to the train station is amazing and the walk to the beach is still a quick one. Loved everything about this wonderful hotel!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Good location, near beach, grocery store and tram stop. Comfortable bed, has everything we needed. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. I put OK for check in just because it was a little confusing to me but partially my fault did not read carefully and forgot in Europe the ground floor isn’t called the 1st floor so for us the apt is on the 3rd floor not 2nd, but it does say top so?
