"Sufficient parking. I called the concierge about some kids playing soccer in the hallways and annoyingly screaming in front of my door at 9:30pm. He did what he said and told the kids' parents to keep their kids from playing soccer and yelling in the hallways. Room was fairly clean."

"We will stay here again. Great location in La Jolla. The staff were great. Tonya was very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was nice. The hotel was nice overall. The only negative would be the cost to park at the hotel was $46 for the night. Perhaps it was just our room but the mini fridge didn’t keep food cold. We had food for the next day in it and it spoiled."

"The best part of our stay was the proximity to Legoland. Parking and signage felt confusing. I paid for $60 valet at the kiosk because Expedia didn’t send me an entrance code as a hotel guest. I was then charged another $55 for valet parking the same day. I wouldn’t have cared if the valet service was stellar. It was not. The poor guy was by himself and eating his lunch. I parked myself in the valet area and went inside to look for someone to help me. Everyone is super friendly but they don’t...

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Maintenance responded to an issue with the A/C in our room within 10 minutes and fixed it. The breakfast was good."

From the concierge, Leo, to the firepits to the pools to the gym. I could go on and on but all you need to know is this resort is one of the biggest and best I have stayed at."

"We were on the 2nd floor and could hear everyone on 3rd floor in room above ours. I called the front desk to see if they could ask room above us to quiet it down as it was already very late. I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Never stay on bottom floors! I know I'll never stay there again!"
