"We enjoyed our month long stay in Joe’s apartment. The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere. Initial minor issues were quickly addressed & resolved. The shower was great. In situ washer & dryer was a huge plus. Upgrades to kitchen supplies & furnishings would be a welcome improvement but overall a very satisfying stay."

"yes, its pet friendly. there is no fence but there is easily could be. the location is awesome. Park you car and walk everywhere. the only negative I could give is the one bathroom is very dated. shower/tub is pretty small faucets are pretty pathetic. But everything else was awesome. "

"house showed some wear and tear issues and minor damage but everything functioned. Not enough reading lights in the bedrooms. it was clean and had sufficient towels. The 5th bathroom was essentially the laundry room and uncomfortably small. It would be a great house for families with small kids and worked well for us 10 adults. location was the best! Host responded quickly to our request for a room heater. "

"Really appreciate the host’s flexibility as we stayed here while construction was being performed at our house. We were able to add nights easily in front and after our original booked nights. The home was perfect for three seniors and our dog. I needed a home that was safe for my 81 year old mother to be in (single level). "Tracy was amazing to deal with! The home was beautiful and worked perfect for the six of us. Neat clean, easy access in and out. The front sitting area was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dollhouse was enjoyed by our two grandbabies, and the fire pit was comfy and easy to use. The sitting area in the back was perfect in the afternoon to rest in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels available. We definitely would love to stay here again."
