"We have stayed at numerous Quality Inn locations over the years, and I wanted to share that our recent stay at the Matthews, North Carolina location was one of our most pleasant experiences to date. We visit the Charlotte and Concord area annually for the NASCAR races and the NASCAR Hall of Fame, and we find your property exceptionally convenient for our trips.
We were thoroughly impressed by the spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, the quiet setting, the high level of professionalism...

"Booked a double bed suite and arrived to having a different room booked instead. It was through Expedia, not them directly, so that could’ve been a key piece to that. Other than that, everything was clean and nice. Each room had its own AC unit, so the living space and bed space were both able to be controlled. Everything was clean. On-site free parking. Front desk was helpful."

"The room wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t as clean as I am used to at Wyndham. Was definitely disappointed, but it wasn’t horrible so I stayed for convenience. The bed was still comfortable and the bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. No complaints there at all. I loved the convenience of parking and the staff was great!"
