"Out of all the Durry’s we have stayed in, this is our least favorite. There was a scramble to find our room when we checked in which prolonged our wait to get to our room. Parking is also a fiasco having to wait on somebody to bring your car to you at all times, and likewise, I saw them pulling quickly out of the circle drive in a manner that was not professional. The overall cleanliness of our room wasn’t the greatest. The art work and walls were dirty."

"We were pleasantly surprised with his hotel. It was quite nice. Probably the only negative thing was there was some rumbling from inside the building. We couldn’t figure out if it was a subway or if it was the building itself. It periodically would shake the walls. Very historic building. We would stay there again for sure."

"I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland."

"Pretty , historical housing with breakfast included. Right in the middle of CWRU makes visiting the college a breeze. Walking distance of all museums & botanical center. "

"Breakfast buffet was overpriced and mediocre at best. Bacon was swimming in grease and water. Eggs we runny and in water. Coffee in lobby was out one morning and missing cups and creamer out the next morning. Staff was very nice and helpful though "

"It was great to have a suite with a full kitchen, dining table, desk and couch/TV area. Continental breakfast was comprehensive and my daughter loved making her own waffles. However, I'm not sure we would stay again as the HVAC situation was not great as it made the room too dry - my daughter couldn't stop coughing until I turned it off and then it was uncomfortably warm. We used the hotel parking deck but were not told there was a daily fee, so that was an unwelcome surprise when I got the...
