Stop... Relax... And take in the invigorating salt air at our tastefully remodeled and expanded beach house. Enjoy all the comforts of home in a clean, fully-equipped, two-story, two bedroom, one and a half bath unit. The beach house is a stand alone unit. We are situated only 50 steps from Old Orchard's famous seven mile white sand beach.

Beachwalk Four boasts an open kitchen and a corner coffee/blender station. Pleasing beach-themed decor with a light, airy color scheme enhances the charm of this beach-lovers paradise. The master bedroom suite has a vaulted ceiling with fan and windows galore.

After a fun-filled day, treat yourself to a cool, tropical drink on the spacious rooftop deck. A unique ships ladder leads up to the 200 square foot deck, complete with its own wet bar and refrigerator. The teak patio set makes rooftop entertaining a possibility.

Beachwalk sports an enclosed grassy courtyard and is one of the only properties you will find on the Oceanside with green space. The courtyard has picnic tables, gas grill, a clothesline and the perfect spot for the children to play safely while you are grilling the perfect sirloin.

Enjoy soft ocean breezes while relaxing in the second floor reading nook with large windows that invite the sun and offer breathtaking views of the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean.

Choose from an amazing variety of activities at this renowned beachside community. The famous Old Orchard Pier that extends nearly 500 feet over the ocean is only three-quarters of a mile from Beachwalk Four.

The Pier area features gift shops, arcades, an amusement park, restaurants and nightclubs. Old Orchard Beach is seasonally serviced by the Amtrak Downeaster from the newly renovated downtown train station.

Looking for a great game of golf... There are ten 18-hole golf courses within 30 minutes of Old Orchard Beach. Dunegrass is a premier public golf club located two miles from Beachwalk 4.

Scarborough Marsh, a 3100 acre saltwater preserve with canoe rentals, nature trails, and guided tours is only five minutes away. Easy access to the Eastern Trail.

Enjoy old-fashioned summer theater with a performance at one of several local playhouses or take in a movie at the 12 screen, stadium seating cinema in nearby Saco.

South Portland, only 12 miles north, sports Maine's largest indoor shopping center with over 140 stores. Only 25 minutes South is the town of Kennebunkport, famous for Walker's Point, still the summertime home of our 41st President, George Bush.

Great stay and a great location! The roof deck was very cool, the house was very clean and had all the things we needed for basic cooking/cleaning, and for the beach (towels, chairs, toys). Valancy was great as a host and overall we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Amazing first vacation for our baby!

This was our 1 year old’s first vacation and it was amazing. Valancy and Steve could not have been more welcoming. The location was optimal and made everyday a beach day. Thank you so much for all of your thoughtfulness! We would LOVE to return!

Relaxing adorable beach house!

This is our 2nd time renting this adorable home. Me and my sister law enjoyed our stay very much. Such a cozy and quiet place to relax, enjoy the beach everyday and activites close by in OOB. Owners made this place so accommodating. The short steps to the beach was awesome! They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this place for couples or friends to enjoy such a relaxing area. I will definitely be renting again in the future!

Excellent

Literally not a single complaint. We go to Maine (usually Wells) and the Cape. We tried this and it was a good choice. No bathtub for our 15 month old was a little challenging but we made it work. It’s also in the more quiet part of the main avenue which for us was preferred. Was very clean and organized. Owners have excellent communication.

Great spot!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here immensely! Valancy and Steve communicated with us perfectly prior to our arrival and upon our departure. The house had everything we needed and more and we loved all of the suggestions of things to do and places to eat! It was a wonderful way to celebrate her college graduation and my birthday!!

Wonderful place to stay in OOB!

Our family of four (two adults, kids aged 6 and 12) just spent a fantastic vacation at this perfect little house in Old Orchard Beach. We had never been to New England, and this house could not have been a better fit for us. The location was wonderful - so close to the beach and away from the busier section of OOB - but still easy to get to. The hosts were some of the most accommodating we've ever had through Vrbo. They truly want their guests to enjoy and embrace the area - and we took many of their recommendations! Also, easily one of the more well-appointed Vrbos we've stayed in. Quaint, cozy, clean...a great place to unwind and enjoy Maine! Highly recommend.

Steps from the beach

Our family of 5 stayed in this cute cottage at the end of August. We very much enjoyed the close proximity to the beach; we made several trips back and forth between the beach and cottage during the day. The cottage itself is well maintained and has just about every amenity covered, including things like cooking oil and spices. The owner was extremely friendly and communicative. She responded quickly to any questions I had and was very helpful. One aspect of the cottage to be aware of is that the master bedroom is open concept. There is no door. The stairs from the 1st level open to the master and the toilet/sink are in the same room, separated by a curtain. You must also pass through the master to get to the 2nd bedroom. This limits privacy, if that's important to you. Overall, it is a great option for OOB and I would recommend to friends.

A fun escape

Charming beach getaway, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped and stocked for all our needs. Quick and easy access to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Old Orchard Beach has an Amtrak station and our son in Boston joined us. Fix a cup of coffee and enjoy the roof deck or the cute yard. The hosts are very good communicators, no surprises. Thanks for sharing your home for a restful weekend!

Beau et bon temps!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Ce coquet chalet avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un beau séjour entre amis. Le seul détail qu’il faut savoir c’est qu’il faut passer par la chambre principale pour aller dans la 2e chambre. Ce qui peut enlever un peu d’intimité selon avec qui vous partagez le chalet. À seulement quelques pas de la plage, nous pouvions aller et venir à notre guise sans se soucier d’avoir oublier quelque chose. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié prendre l’apéro sur le patio situé sur le toit . Ce petit plus a su agrémenter nos fins de journées. Très propre et bien équipé, nous allons assurément y retourner. La communication avec Steve et Valancy a été très facile et agréable. Merci!

Great little beach house

We had a great week. The house worked well for my family of four with two small children (4 & 8) sharing the second bedroom. It was very easy to get back and forth from the beach. The rooftop was a nice place to sit in the evening after my kids went to bed. It was well appointed with everything you would need. The only downside is it gets bright and sunny early in the morning, so not ideal if you’re looking to sleep in. We were able to darken the kids room by covering the windows though, so that helped with the early morning awakenings. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Off Season Vacation

My wife and kids decided to take a nice vacation on the off season of Old Orchard. We absolutely loved our stay at this home with all of us especially enjoying the fact that the beach was a very short walk away and you could see the beach from the roof deck.

Great Stay!

My Wife and I had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It is short walk (2-3 minutes) to the beach and a 20 minute walk to Old Orchard Beach. The roof deck was fantastic for morning coffee, reading and romantic dinners with view of the water. The cottage is recommended for families with small children. It would not be suitable for 2 couples as one of the bedrooms is within the other with an open half bath.

Perfect Spot

The cottage was a great spot for our visit to the beach. I would not suggest it being a perfect place for two couples. As referenced the second bedroom is smaller and is a pass-through from the first bedroom with an open restroom area.. With that said the cottage is adorable, the neighbors are super friendly, It is centrally located and highly recommended

Everything you need

This cozy cottage is clean and exactly as advertised. Quick access to the beach and downtown OOB and the rooftop deck was amazing. My sisters and I enjoyed our long weekend here and the hosts were superb. I would highly recommend.

Lovely, cozy getaway

We loved our stay at this property. The owner is very accessible (she met us there upon arrival and affirmed her accessibility for any questions or concerns while we were there), and the property was clean, cared for, and well represented. We walked to town, walked on the beach, and drove to Portland and other activities. The area is gorgeous and restful.

Holiday Get Away

We enjoyed the cottage by the beach. It was cold but we still walked on the beach. We enjoyed the close proximity to Portland and Portsmouth. Steve and Valancy were wonderful and helpful prior to during and after we left.

Perfect family getaway

We had the most relaxing weekend as a family of 5! Steve and Valancy were so helpful along the way with excellent recommendations for food/activities and were very responsive with any questions. The property has an easy walk to the beach with lots of fun shells to pick up, beautiful sunrises, soft sand. Beach toys and chairs were a bonus. Kitchen had all the necessary basics and the roof top deck was great for dinner! Such a great escape!
