"The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. Our room was loud, we could hear music from the casino close by, doors constantly slamming and I don't know if it was a car backfiring or gun shots that we heard a few times. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We didn't really sleep bc of all the noise. I wouldn't stay here again bc of the area and the fact...

"Perfect location and comfortable beds however this hotel needs a lot of updating. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room smelled of cigarettes, 2nd room had a pipe burst in ceiling. Then they moved us to a suite but it did not have a king size bed and balcony which is what we booked. The lobby was warm with 2 bags fans to move air around. It's unfortunate because with this location it has a ton of potential"

"My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms are huge and quite spacious and the staff were sweet, kind, and responsive. The hotel is also in a great location. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend staying here - I plan to stay here again if/when I come back to Baltimore. "

"Beautiful property. Nice for a quiet getaway, golf retreat, or traveling in the area for business. Ellicott City is nearby. The surrounding area is safe and friendly with a few good restaurants. We wanted to try the spa for a couples massage but they were booked up. The spa had a nice selection of treatments and services. Bar with live music was nice. Nice breakfast. "
