"Disappointing stay — needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance I recently stayed at the SureStay by Best Western in New Jersey for a couple of nights. While the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. The property is clearly an older building, and it shows. The furniture throughout the room felt very dated, and one of the chairs was broken. There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room that never went away....

"Location needs work and updating. The amount of people outside talking and making noise all night is crazy. This is not the place to grab a room for the night and expect to have a peaceful evening sleeping. Noise, Cars, Yelling never stops. The condition of the room leads me to believe the stays here are more for temporary housing and less of a hotel chain. Expedia needs to review this location on the site and correctly identify it to the parties using the website to make reservations."

"I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The main reason I booked this hotel was to use the pool, but it was closed during my stay, which was never communicated beforehand. I also completed online check-in and selected my room nearly 24 hours in advance. When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different room. I understand situations happen, but the front desk agent was very nonchalant and simply said the previous guest extended their stay....

"when i got there at noon with a reservation there was no one at the front desk the door was locked. there was a phone number on the door to call so i called 5 times and no answered . i needed a room so i went to a different hotel."
