"Nice little country house out in the country! "

"Great glamping stay close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We really enjoyed the yurt we stayed in. The AC worked well. The customer service was great as well. The showers were good enough, and it was nice to have provided towels. "

"Great location convenient to all that Montrose has to offer. Cat was very quick to respond to my ask to change the air conditioning temperature (controls are locked for guests). Kitchen seemed well stocked with the essentials and bathroom was as well with the exception of toilet paper. We only had one roll for 3 days and it unfortunately ran out as we were packing up to leave with none in the cabinet or linen closet. Always leave a backup roll!! "We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit."

"It was a perfect size for the two of us. It was nice to explore Black Canyon and have such a cozy place to come home to after a day of hiking. The town of Montrose was a pleasant surprise and the house was within walking distance of downtown. I would not miss the speakeasy in town. It was quite an experience. "

"The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. My son loved having the upstairs loft as his man cave. There’s a small pond just out front and the setting is beautiful. Definitely would stay again!"

"What a joy it was to stay in such a beautiful, relaxing little paradise. It was a quiet and peaceful setting. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location to Delta, Colorado."

"The occasion we came together for was a somber one as we were there for my mother’s memorial service but this place provided a comfortable and perfectly located place with so much space. It gave us a place to come Together as family and spend quality time together and create lifelong memories with family we do not get to see very often because we live so far apart. Thank you for giving a place to grieve yet embrace one another. It was perfect for what we needed."

"We stayed here for a three day golf tournament. The house is clean, bright and has great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Montrose. It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing). "
