"A very cozy, private place. It beats staying in a hotel room and it was priced about the same or even less. We enjoyed just sitting on the front deck and having our wine & beer. No view, but very peaceful and private. It was clean and well attended. It is older style. The futon in the front room was too low to floor for us older folks, but we managed. Front steps could use a railing for older folks to help get up and back down them. We really enjoyed the cottage. If we make it back, it would be...

"Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit."

"We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly. "

"We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Dog owners will love this location! Great fenced in backyard with grass! (It’s hard to find these gems) Cozy home in quiet neighborhood - with good vibes & everything we needed for our two night trip! Excellent restaurants within walking distance too!"

"This was a very nice place to stay. A lot of room for the kids to play in the yard and the river. Also we had previously arranged to park two of our RVs on the property. It is quiet and off the beaten path but still easy to get to. Ron is a great host."
