"We needed a place to sleep for one night and this met our minimum requirements. Very little communication with the host before, during or after. The instructions to get the key were completely wrong, but we figured it out. The wi-fi instructions were incorrect and we couldn't access it at all. The TV upstairs was not able to to use the channels available on the downstairs TV, so no Hulu, Netflix, etc. The upstairs bathroom sinks had excessive mineral buildup in them which was kind of gross. ...

"I and my child are allergic to scented products. This place is full of them. Every kind of fabreze. Gain laundry detergent, scented bleach, scented fabric softener. Ok if you like that sort of thing but we could not breathe. The host did try everything to resolve the issue including having the housekeeper come over on Easter Sunday to remove the cleaning products that were in a locked closet along with wet laundry.
