If you are looking for lots of space, you’ve found it! Large open plan living with Lots of space for everyone – a very large kitchen, dining table and 2 Lounge areas.

If you like to keep warm and cozy, this is it! Our home is modern, insulated with double glazed windows, heaters & electric blankets in the bedrooms, and a fireplace in the living area so is very comfortable and warm in winter - most days the warmth from the fire and the sun keeps the whole house nice and warm even without the heaters.

If you love sunny decks and summer BBQ’s – it’s all here - A great wrap around deck facing the sun all day with a BBQ for Summer outdoor living.

There's a lockable shed to store your bikes or any other equipment you bring along.

The Area: Little Hill is in a very quiet neighborhood with a few upscale homes, and lots of green, open space around our home. Only a short 10 min walk into town, or a 30 min walk to the Carrot park playground along a lovely path through native bush.

Turoa ski field and National Park are only a 25 min drive away, another 20 min and you are at the Tongariro crossing, the Chateau and Whakapapa ski field.

There are lots of options for awesome mountain biking ex. The Old Coach Road, The Bridge to Nowhere, Mangawhero River Ride, Rangatau Forest and many more.
Endless number of scenic trails for tramping in the area - and/or if you want to enjoy the water there is Jet Boating, Kayaking or Jet skiing on the Whanganui River.

Our caretaker lives in Ohakune and is only a phone call away should you need any assistance. We are also available via phone or email in case you have questions etc.

We do provide Pillows, Duvets with covers, bath mats and tea towels, toilet paper & soap, but not Linen (sheets & towels) Please bring your own - or we can provided these at an additional charge of $20/bed if you just let us know when booking or before arrival.
