Prime Summer Availability!

Immaculate beach town retreat, located 1.1 miles from ogunquit center and 1.2 miles to beautiful Ogunquit beach. There are plenty of things to do in this quaint little beach town from shopping to fine dining, Ogunquit has it all. Your modern retreat nestled on almost 2 acres just up the street from town. includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 1900 sqft of space. As you enter the home with your personal smart code you are greeted with a quaint entry area with built in cubby’s for shoes and coats and a half bath. Down the hall you pass a fun dining area and master suite on the way to the living room and kitchen. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bath. The master bath has two vanities and a spacious glass enclosed shower. The living room has vaulted ceiling that opens to the loft upstairs with a large sectional and a 50” LED smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound. The modern kitchen offers a wonderful place for you to cook pancakes in the morning or simply sit at the quartz island an enjoy a cup of coffee.

The Second floor has two bedrooms a full bath and a loft with a separate kids nook. It’s the perfect place to send the kiddos to wind down after a fun day at the beach. The second bedroom houses a king size bed perfect for adults. Your kids will love the third bedroom with twin over full bunks with a trundle. The loft has a queen pull out sleeper with a memory foam mattress and a 43” LED smart TV along with a few fun bean bags.

Outside you’ll find a wonderful place to relax with the family. The gas grill is a great place to cook up your favorite BBQ while the kids play in the afternoon sun filled expansive backyard. After a great meal on the outdoor dining table, relax on the outdoor sofa and chairs or, turn on the gas fire pit and enjoy the company of friends and family. We couldn’t think of a better way to relax after a day at the beach. We tried to think of everything you will need so feel good packing lite as the house comes with some items for the beach and things to help you enjoy your stay.

This is a lovely home nestled in the woods of Ongunquit Maine. The town is a short walk or drive away. The home was clean and comfortable for our family. Lots of parking and we loved sitting outdoors in cool days to enjoy reading or sitting at nighttime around the fire pit making s’mores. It was a perfect vacation. Thank you so much.

It’s a beautiful house and property in very quiet neighborhood. The owners were responsive and clear in the booking and checkin.There are a couple of things to note that held back a 5 star review. The location, off busy Berwick Rd is 1.2M to town - at least half of that not a sidewalk. Downtown parking can be very challenging for eat out or just pick up some groceries at the nice Village Market. Uber is an option.A couple of issues with the house should be fixed at this price point. The front door latch needs cleaning/adjusting/replacing … could barely get in for the first few days (I hit it with some WD-40). The kitchen faucet is broken/dangling and needs to be replaced. Living room couches are white and showing it. None of these are show stoppers … but should be addressed.

Bachelorette Weekend

The house was clean, beautiful, and a perfect location. Loved the decor and the yard was perfect. Also a nice amount of parking space. Holly communicated well, and was very pleasant. We had such a great time, and the house has a great location. If you want something fun to do, try Goose Sailing! Captain Scott is amazing, and you get a private sail out into Perkins cove.

Great Home & Location

Definitely would stay again. The home is lovely and is 1 mile off the center. Plenty of room and well supplied. Beds were comfortable--medium firmness which is what we prefer. Quiet, short distance, but walkable street. It was really nice to be close to town and far enough from the crowds and noise. Owners were prompt in replying to any questions. Only downside is that it was raining/misty during our stay so we could not enjoy the backyard, but it looked very nice and inviting. TY!

Beautiful, quiet stay in Ogunquit

We had a lovely stay at this home in Ogunquit. We enjoyed being a short, driveable distance from the main town in a home that was in a quieter location. The property was very clean, efficiently set-up, and well-appointed. We found it had everything we needed for our visit. The hosts were prompt in communicating with me in the lead-up to our arrival and our departure. Next time, we will try and stay for a bit longer...!

Paradise in Maine

It is hard to imagine staying in a more well-equipped and beautiful rental so well-located to all things Ogunquit, Maine. Erik and Holly have gone over-the-top in providing everything you might need in the way of beach toys, yard games, first aid remedies, Roku TV for that one rainy day, and reliable recommendations for restaurants, hiking, etc. The property is as beautiful as the home--we played Corn Hole and frisbee on the level portion of the property and enjoyed the fire pit once. All we needed was another week there! Thank you, Holly and Erik, for a wonderful stay!

Great vacation home!

This beautiful home had everything we needed and then some! Perfectly clean & such cute decor. Plenty of room for our family of 6 & our 2 year old granddaughter loved the kids play area so much! The location was amazing being so close to downtown Ogunquit & the beach. Erik & Holly were very helpful with any questions I had. All in all it really was the perfect vacation home!

Great stay!! Super clean and beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay and Holly and Erik were amazing hosts! Property was well-equipped with everything we needed and it’s in such a great, serene location that is still close to town. The teens in our group loved the separate hang out space on the second floor. We will definitely be back!

Great home

Our family stayed at Holly and Erik’s home Aug 5-12 and we had a great experience. The home was clean, bright and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town to head in when we wanted to but also just quiet enough to enjoy the beautiful back yard. We have a 8,7 and 3 yr old and there were games and things for them to do as well as plenty of beach items to keep them busy. Holly and Erik were very responsive when needed and check in was easy. It was a great experience.

Beautiful vacation home

This property has lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches! Thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the backyard sitting area; from the chairs that greet you at the entrance to the wine cooler and the sound bar ….all of the extra touches made for an amazing vacation home.

Wonderful rental for relaxing and exploring

This house is very clean and well appointed. Location is very good about 1 mile from downtown Ogunquit, and also very convenient to drive to Portsmouth, Portland, Kennebunkport, etc. Erik and Holly were great hosts and our check in process was extremely easy. We were able to enjoy the fire pit in the evenings after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this property. It is as advertised.

Perfect way to kick off our summer

We stayed here over an extended Memorial Day weekend, and could not have been happier about choosing it. It is about a mile outside of downtown Ogunquit, in a quiet, peaceful forested neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family of 5, with plenty of space inside and out for our family to relax. It is clean and comfortable, charming with modern amenities. We enjoyed the use of the grill & firepit, and were glad for plenty of outdoor seating. The house has just about anything you'd need in terms of pots and pans, dishware, and utensils. Towels, sheets, and blankets are not provided, but you can either bring your own, or do as we did, and rent them for the week from Cottage Linens in Ogunquit. They have different rental packages for you to choose from so you can pretty easily figure that out. The check in/check out process was easy, and we really didn't need to communicate much with Holly & Erik, but each time we did, both Holly and Erik were lovely to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a perfect location that is easy to town and beaches, but also gives you some peace and quiet when you need it. Highly recommended!

Loved Ogunquit

This property was perfect for my husband and me. It is perfectly located. We loved the little town of Ogunquit. Everyone was so happy and kind. People talked to you, let you into traffic, and had so much Halloween spirit. All the restaurants and shops were decorated for Halloween and made walking around even more fun! It's close to Marginal Way and Perkin's Cove as well as to the beach and restaurants. The home was very clean and cozy. The backyard is amazing! It has a fire pit, sitting area, picnic table, and an outdoor grill. I had never rented a house in Maine, so I was confused about having to arrange for my own linen and towels, but Holly gave me all the information and things went very smoothly. Every time I had a question Holly was kind enough to answer my text quickly and I just loved that! We hated to leave because we had such a wonderful time. Totally suggest if you're in Ogunquit you consider this house, it's wonderful!

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful

Our family of 5 enjoyed a very peaceful stay in this beautiful, well stocked and perfectly appointed home. It is exactly as described! If you travel in peak season be sure to get to the beaches early- We found Footbridge to be quiet and calmer and it was a great spot to ride the waves or paddle in the calm river. There are no food amenities there and parking is limited. Main Beach was so fun- get there early (before 11) for parking a spot near the rocks if high tide is late in the day. Plenty of snack options and great cocktails right at beach entrance. Almost every dining option was great and we had groceries delivered from the village market- perhaps pricier but so very convenient after a very long drive ( we came from PA). We loved cooking at the house, eating outside and just hanging out. It was a wonderful stay!

Lovely stay in a beautiful, super clean and well appointed home. Close to town, great back yard, fun kids room—lots of little nooks for the adults to have a peaceful moment. Overall it was a 10!
