A short walk everywhere. Great Fall and Spring Rates

The back house consists of an upper level unit. This 2 bedroom unit features many amenities including: stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher, leather couch/chair, retro dinette sets, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Conveniently located in the heart of Ogunquit Village. Walking distance to beautiful Ogunquit Beach, The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Great for families with a playground located across the street (playground will likely not be available for 2025 season as it is being updated) and trolley stop just steps away.

Sheets and towels provided for reservations made after June 6, 2025.

In addition, the back house lower level is available for rent sleeps 4, (See VRBO Listing #949635) . The main house sleeps 7, (See VRBO Listing #941258). The main house basement studio sleeps 3 (See VRBO #969062).

This location is a perfect spot to stay in Ogunquit! Everything was a quick walk away, even with a toddler in tow! The listing is exactly what we expected. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

July Vacation

We have stayed here before and would stay here again. Great location, central to downtown Ogunquit and walking distance to the beach so that you don't have to pay the beach parking. My family had a great time. Owners are always available if needed and were able to accommodate our requests.

Perfect for Us

Property was just as advertised. Everything was clean and ready and there were no problems with check-in or check-out. Best aspect for us was the walkability - to ocean beach, Marginal Way, restaurants and shops.

Return trip, so much fun!

We enjoyed our stay here so much in 2022 with our 4 month-old that we decided to return in 2023! Our now-16-month-old was able to enjoy more of the neighborhood (playground, patio dining, ice cream) and our memory of the home was as expected or better! We had a perfect mini-trip together, and our rental was comfortable, clean, and just right for our needs. We hope to be back (annually?)!

Awesome!!! Just a few suggestions

Love this location, easy to walk to all major hot spots without having to worry about parking and traffic. Asked the host for an additional parking spot so our friends could visit and was able to upgrade our spot to a double for $50, worth it! Very well equipped kitchen and grill was awesome to have. Property manager was very quick to respond and helpful when we needed a spare key one night. We did not use the washer dryer as it had a musty smell so suggest to address that issue. I loved the outdoor seating but wished there was more outdoor lighting to use at night. Maybe even a fire pit…? Front door mechanism was wonky, needs repair but the neighborhood is so safe so it wasn’t a big concern. Overall the place was perfect for us and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Place for a getaway!

Great little place for the perfect getaway. Great location - within walking distance to the cute town. Owner is very flexible and responsible. A light was out in the kitchen which he fixed within a short period of time. Very responsive to questions. Quiet and you can hear the ocean from there. Beds were comfortable. Everything that was needed..... except one little thing..... Shellfish eating/preparing tools. We bought lobster and there wasn't anything in the place to crack the claws with. We managed with the scissors that was there - but if I had to make any recommendations to the owner - get some claw cracking utensils and maybe a stock pot to cook the lobster in. Luckily the place we bought lobster cooked it for us. Other than that - the place was fantastic! I would stay again!

We stayed here as two couples and found the home to be clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Ogunquit. The two bedrooms and single bathroom worked well for our group. We loved being within walking distance of downtown’s many shops and restaurants, as well as a great market where we picked up hand-cut steaks for dinner. Each day we enjoyed strolling along the beautiful Marginal Way, which leads right into charming Perkins Cove. This was an ideal home base for a relaxing and walkable stay in Ogunquit!

Propriété propre et confortable. Plage, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way accessibles facilement à pied pour des adultes. Rue très tranquille malgré la proximité du rond-point et de la circulation d'Ogunquit.

Relaxing getaway

Enjoyed the location on a residential street, but just steps from the village end of town. Very walkable to everything without the crowds walking by the unit. Was one of four rental units on the property - other renters were friendly and quiet. It has everything you need to cook meals (if you can resist all the great restaurants in Ogunquit!). Had a lovely relaxing time staying there.
