"This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value."

"We were visiting to move our daughter to UIUC. It was easy to find, check in and check out. Check out was particularly easy and we appreciated that. The dryer didn’t work, but we found a laundromat nearby with ease. "

"Very well appointed and maintained house with lots of amenities. Spacious and plenty of natural light. Very nice deck. A few points to note: Bathroom door and floor boards creak. Using the bathroom or kitchen at night disturbs others. Property is on a busy road near train tracks. Noisy traffic and trains! "

"We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!"
