"I expected the quality to be somewhat low, but what concerned me most was the lack of safety. When we arrived at the parking lot, there were three men smoking marijuana, and they even approached us offering food and trying to talk to us.
I don’t understand why the hotel does not manage people gathering in the parking area and allows guests to be affected like this. It felt very unsafe, and I could not even leave the room. I was also worried that our car might be stolen, so I could not sleep...

"Overall a okay stay. They said the room was ready but when I arrived at the room the previous guest was there with a staff member looking for a lost item. That staff member told me the room had not been cleaned properly so I waited outside while she cleaned. We had to use the laundry and the staff was helpful in letting us get materials to wash but not so helpful in clearing another persons clothes that were sitting for hours as there is only one washer and one dryer. "I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room was not clean- floors were sticky, toilet was stained, mold/mildew on the ceiling, nail clippings on the bathroom counter, stains on the bed skirt. When checking out in the early morning, no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell several times and no one came out from behind the closed door. Very poor quality, very poor service. Definitely not worth the price paid."
