"Tiene muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, restaurantes, estadios y casino. Habitaciones renovadas y limpias, en general todo muy bien. En servicio a la llegada la persona que nos atendió hablaba muy rápido y fue difícil entender todo lo que nos decía. Además cuando entraron a limpiar tiraron a la basura una gorra de baño nueva y limpia, debieron dejarla en donde estaba y en caso de haberse caído dejarla sobre el lavamanos, en general todo muy bien. Gracias! Siempre nos sentimos muy seguros."

"Please don’t fall for the pictures. I booked a premiere king harbor view room for $350 thought this is a four star hotel with good pictures on expedia. I was given room 311. This is a very very outdated hotel. The hallway, and room had bad odor like cigarette smoke. Carpet looked old and dirty. Furniture was chipped and bathroom was old with grime and brown stain on the bottom. The place felt like a cheap motel. I had to check of the door would lock or not. I did not feel safe staying alone...

"They overbooked and instead of giving me two queen beds, they gave me a king and pull out bed. Which at first was fine. It was 4 of us. When we went into our ur room and tried to pull out the bed, it was really dirty and we decided to not use the pull out bed. Plus there were no extra sheets for the bed and there were no extra two towels. As we were leaving for the afternoon for a concert i let the staff know and they promised they will give us extra sheets and extra towels while we were gone....
