"I can’t recommend Hallstatt Hideaway enough! I arrived early and was able to keep my luggage with staff and checked in later. I had the most beautiful spacious room with a view of the lake that was breathtaking! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing delivered to my room with so many options. Hotel is steps away from the market and main shops and dining. I will definitely stay here again! "

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. "The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth...

"We have arrived 9.30 pm and still there were someone to greet us and passed us the key it was clean tidy room with clean sheets and many pullows and quilts clean bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with everything you needed all inclusive over all we had a good night sleep and a full stomach in the morning will stay there again. "

"Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."

"Ein tolles, gemütliches Hotel. Wir kamen nach 17 Uhr an und wurden am Vortag kontaktiert, um alles abzustimmen. Man hat uns einen Code für den Self-Check-in geschickt – das war sehr bequem für uns. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage – von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und die Berge. Gutes Frühstück, das Zimmer war groß, sauber und modern. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Region sind."
