"The hotel's location and the cleanliness of the rooms were really great. We stayed for one night. Getting to the city center by public transport was quite easy from the hotel, and it's very close to the train station. My only negative feedback is that they charged an extra fee to leave luggage at the hotel. I've never encountered such a practice before. This wasn't even mentioned in the hotel's description."

"Very clean and modern but bare bones Sport-Hitel designed for families with young children and ski bums. The IKEA of hotels. Sparsely decorated, and the hotel staffing is, eh-hem, shall we say, inconsistent. The Ukrainian female clerk ignored my requests for anything I needed to be more comfortable and seemed almost deliberately unhelpful - but was pleasant and helpful to male Asian tourists. "The views from the balcony were amazing! The room had recently been remodeled (we could still smell the paint) and the room was as described. It did not have a door to the bathroom, but the host offered us some options and it was fine for the night. We enjoyed being close to things we wanted to see and thr village gets very quiet/peaceful after the tour buses leave for the day. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the private hot tub. "The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there.
