"Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time. The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy and I won't be back."

The only reason I didn't give five stars is that many parts of the hotel feel dated and could benefit from renovations and modernization. The rooms and overall facilities show their age. "Great quiet place to stay. Had the private pool suite which was real nice to relax in after walking around the city. Staff were great."

"The.staff and breakfast was grreat.. however I checked into a dirty room. The shower drain was clogged and smells and ran out of shampoo and body wash. Also all the counter tops was very dusty. I asked for another room but I checked in at 11pm so I had to wait until the next day to get another room. I went up stairs to see the pool and it had a like 30 pigeons driimk and hanging out on the side of the pool. It looked dirty. I Would not swim in that pool."
