"Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. "

"The place where not completely clean but not complains, and the sheets were dirty too. But we loved the apartment. "

"We stayed here for a few days prior to our cruise as a family of 6 adults and 1 child. The home was perfect for our group—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great way to relax before setting sail. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was convenient. We'd definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!"

"Walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, set up a little beach camp with all the toys and chairs provided. It was our second stay and I’m sure we’ll be back again!"

"We had a fantastic stay at The Avalon! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of — they were extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!"

"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "
