"The house is older than I gathered from online photos, but was fine. The kitchen has everything you might need, much better-supplied than most places. Books, games,lots of streaming stations on big TV. Wood fireplace in L.R. & propane firepit on deck.We were greeted with a nice guest basket in the frig: wine, cheese, chocolate. Enough pillows & blankets for an army. Queen bed in 1 room. Other has bunk beds with full-sized mattresses-actually quite comfy. Notebook with lots of info, how-to's and...

"It is all about the views. Sitting at eye-level with the birds in flight (thinking about the bald eagle pair especially) is amazing. The beach is right there below. It is an incredible balcony to spend a vacation watching from. Thanks!"

"Excellent house with amazing view! Quick & easy walk down to the beach. House was very spacious for our extended family group of 6, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was amazingly well-equipped - everything was there! House was very accessible, with no steps leading to entrance and living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. This was important for an elderly family member!Loved the hot tub!Great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"I use a walker because of a healing hip fracture so I looked on-line for a unit that had magnificent views of the ocean since I can't walk on a sandy beach. Our unit proved to be as wonderful as pictured on the web site. The 14 entry steps were not much of a problem because of the sturdy handrails. The neighborhood is quiet and the unit is inviting with nice furnishings. Within a few miles we visited the Tillamook Cheese Factory, walked and shopped in Seaside, took the antique Oregon...

"We had a great stay! We’ve stayed here before and it’s been amazing both times. My only complaints would be no TV in the bedroom we stayed in and the blinds in that room were broke and didn’t work great but we were able to make both work just fine. Office staff is super friendly and helpful! "

"The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. "

"Quiet area, fire pit was nice, with free parking. Clean linens, futon pulls out into bed. Half the price of neighboring rooms. Right off 101, block away from the beach. Love the area, thank you for the stay!"

"Perfect house for our family reunion. Very clean , well stocked kitchen with 2 dishwashers! Owner communicated with us regularly and was understanding when one of the children damaged a picture frame. "

"This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...

"Very clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property in Rockaway Beach! Short walk to the beach and shopping. Instructions and communication from property management company were clear and check in/check out was very easy. "

"The property was just over the dunes from the beach…exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect space for the 3 of us. If we were going to Rockaway Beach again, I would try to rent this same property."
