Inside, a wall of windows brings the ocean right into the living room, where a custom-made queen-size sleeper sofa and loveseat invite you to relax in style. The fully equipped kitchen features Frigidaire appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry—perfect for whipping up seaside meals. Dine with a view at the ocean-facing table for six, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar with two stools.

Perfect!

From booking to check in to check out it was perfect. I’d be hard pressed to find a negative comment! Clean, spacious, well stocked. Exactly like the pictures. It’s true-couldn’t get any closer to the ocean!

The property has great views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, but is not beach front. The beds are comfortable but the couches could use an update. Would rent this property again.

The most incredible view!

We did this getaway for our 40th Wedding Anniversary, and we were not disappointed! The views are incredible, with dolphins and occassion surfers out front daily. There is no beach access, as it is a rocky area with breakwater, but the sound of the ocean waves crashing was just incredible. The private balcony was awesome, and the shared yard with the fire pit was nice. Having a garage was a bonus. All the basic necessities were there, but bring your own spices, oils, coffee (regular, not k-cups), etc. If there was a downside, it would be the walls are thin, and when you get loud people, it reminded us how blessed we are to live in a single family home! It was walking distance to so much, including the Strand (.5 miles) the pier (1 mile), and the harbor (2 miles). We're happy we stayed at this location, as there is not a boardwalk or too much traffic, but close to all of that. Lovely trip!

Awesome Views!

Really great views from the living room and master bedroom! Amazing sunset views and also saw dolphins swim by each day! Was clean and had all the essentials to enjoy our stay. The unit could do with some new couches in the living room and a couple of new chairs in the balcony.

Spacious and right on the ocean!

The first thing we noticed when we came in was just how spacious this place is. The second thing we noticed is the VIEW through the wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling window-walls. And the sound. We spent long hours on the patio just enjoying the ocean view. We brought beach stuff and never used it, the deck was enough. And over the course of a few days we saw dolphins and a sea lion. The place is very well appointed and comfortable and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect beachside location

The unit was spacious and bright, with a larger living space than expected and deep couches that suck you in. The kitchen had everything we wanted/needed as well and everything worked great. The beds were comfortable but honestly the sound of the ocean would lull anyone to sleep. Location was great, whether we were going surfing up at the Harbor or grabbing dining and shopping in Carlsbad, everything was close by. Our family had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Gorgeous view!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home. You truly couldn’t be closer to the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore from every room. You also have a stunning view of the ocean from the master and main living area. We enjoyed our morning coffee while dolphin watching on the large private deck. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable long weekend away. It was quiet. It was super easy to check in and out. You get your own private garage. If I had to complain about something I would just wish their was more beach. This area is very rocky and really had no sand at all before the waves broke on the shore. We needed to pack up and head to the pier and main beach for the kids to play. This didn’t bother us. The pier is just a quick car ride down the road. But if you are looking to post up at the beach steps from your room it might not be the best location. That being said, it is pretty difficult to complain about this wonderful place. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Property

We loved our time at this property. The ocean was just a few feet from us. We loved the beautiful views and the sound of the ocean waves. It was a great location for any of the area attractions. However, we spent most of our time right there enjoying our closeness to the ocean!! Fantastic!!

It was a nice place. It had a good set up once you got in. It was a little dirty. There was still sand on the floor and it was January. But when we had an issue with the smoke detector they had someone out right away to fix it. I would come back.

Great Spot!

This was a perfect spot for my husband and me. We loved watching the sunsets on our balcony. The morning breeze and listening to the ocean waves each day was wonderful. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed.

Oceanfront relaxation

This unit is right on the beach, with a private garage. You can hear the waves crashing against the rocks with the doors closed! The layout makes it seem so much larger. Kitchen was well equipped including a full sized washer and dryer. Plenty of towels, bath and beach. Easy check in. Couldn’t have asked for anything more
