Summary:
Unwind in our recently renovated, chic oceanfront condo! Wake up to breathtaking views, soak in the salty sea breeze from your private balcony, and fall asleep to tranquil waves. Enjoy modern comfort just steps from pristine beaches. Perfect location for beach lovers looking for a relaxing getaway. Your seaside paradise awaits!

The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up two flights of stairs.

Guest Access:
Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Please be sure to read the "Things to Know" section at the bottom of the listing to ensure our property is a good fit for your stay. Keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St). A minivan (since it can make tighter turns) will fit as well smaller trucks and sedans.

The location is extremely convenient. With lots of walkable restaurants, bars, the pier. The view is amazing! It was equipped with everything I needed for my two night stay! Totally recommend staying there

Property is on the beach with dramatic ocean views . The condo seemed recently remodeled and everything inside seemed new. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

Great location! lots of stairs. We slept very comfortably. You won't be able to park a big truck in the parking spot. Parking on the street and in public parking lots (for a fee) was not too bad. Overall good experience.

Amazing

I needed to get away for few days. And wanted to hear and see the ocean. Your home was amazing for what i was looking for. The view from the living room was amazing and what I was looking for in my getaway. All amenities in the home is what a small family or person needs if wanting to stay for few days and cook some meals. Walking the strand to the pier was perfect for my sunset view. Nick was easy to communicate with in accessing the home and parking. I will be defiantly be making a future stay. Thank you

Review

The place was clean. There was a nice view of the ocean. There was all the things I would need in a house. Very easy to get in and just was available for any questions I had. The property said sleeps 4 but unless you have a baby it only sleeps 3. The bed was not very comfortable. I could hear lots of walking around above me and the parking was hard to get in and out of.

Perfect location!

Nick and Amy were very accommodating. This space is perfect for a small family. We were able to walk right across the street to the beach and a half mile from the main part of town. Never moved the car once! Cooked a few meals to save money in the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Place to Stay

The place, location and accommodations were great. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. We had no problems with check in or anything else. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

2 night stay

Property is just as described. Nice little place on the ocean that was great for our family of 4 for a couple of days. Nice location. It's not at the center of Ocean Beach but not too far for a nice little walk. Very walker friendly area! A few beach toys and chairs are available, which was perfect for us. Property is clean, comfy bed and communication with Nick was super easy and quick. No A/C in the bedroom but not a problem with the fan. Food: 101 Cafe was right around the corner. Apparently the best burger my son has ever eaten, outside of In and Out of course ;) good food! **Still a 5 star but wanted to mention this in case anyone was wondering** we were there Sunday (6/30-7/2) thru Tuesday. There was no construction on Sunday but they started first things Monday morning (8/9ish). It's loud! Didn't matter to us since we were not there during the day but just a heads up I'm case you wanted relaxation. My guess is they don't work on weekends so you might be good to go there. Again, we knew about the construction before we booked so we won't dock anything for that.

Fantastic view

Great little space with an incredible view. Perfect for a getaway from the chaos of everyday life. My daughter and I hardly left the place. We just played games in the living room overlooking the ocean, with the door open, breathing in that fresh open air. Kitchen was also very well stocked. 1000% will be back again. Also, the hosts were wonderful with great communication. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect little retreat

This place was wonderful! The view is spectacular. the balcony was a great place to watch the sunset and sunrise. It had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely choose this place again!

Excellent view and location!

The property was just as advertised. The location is amazing. The ocean sound at night was as if it was in my bedroom (I left windows open) and I loved it. The view off the balcony was perfect--so close to the ocean I could hit it with a rock. Sunsets on the beach were perfect. A quick walk to the pier with all kinds of activity going on during the daylight hours which was fun to see. The property was well stocked with kitchen stuff, clean, and comfortable. Parking spot (although super tight) was a bonus and tucked away off the main drag. The communication with the host was frequent and clear. Great spot for a decent price. Thanks!

My family and I really enjoyed every minute of our trip. The location is perfect, a very short walk to the beach and pier. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment itself was clean and updated. It had all the comforts of home. We’d definitely stay there again!

Exceeded Expectations

This place is amazing and by far my favorite place to stay. The parking and check in was super easy and the view is unbelievable. There is everything you need to prepare meals and hang out on the the beach such as towels and chairs. This will be my spot for this location going forward. Thanks
